Easy to put in. Smooth, fast and quiet without scratching the floor. However, you will notice how the chair will move on its own, due to casters being so smooth. Warning, if the wheels arent in a balanced position you are at risk of the chair slipping out from under you. It happened to me twice already. IF chair is not in a 1-2-2 position with one wheel centered between your front legs and the other 4 in a balanced "X " position, you are at risk of the chair coming out from under you if you move to one side or other slightly. This may be due to me putting the chair at its highest position (I have long legs) and the casters adding extra height.
