Review on Dayco 5080810 Poly Serpentine Belt by Jason Robinson
Use Dayco belt with Dayco tensioner
It's too early to say for sure but I think this belt along with the new Dayco Heavy Duty tensioner solved my problem with my '97 Dodge Ram 3500 will solve. Once a year the belt and tensioner went through. My mechanic says this belt seems to sit straighter on the tensioner (my understanding of what he said, not his actual words).
- Less running noise
- Damaged tensioner
