Bought as a supplement for my grandmother. She has a long list of health issues and takes many supplements. Unfortunately, she was never able to swallow pills because of a kind of "spider web" in her throat. For this reason, she should take liquid nutritional supplements when available. When they run out, I buy capsules, open the capsules and add them to your drink. Before that, I made her a drink from a regular (16 ounce) drinking glass. That's where I would put supplements for a day. The problem was that she rarely drank the whole glass, believing it was "too much" to drink. I didn't even know they existed, but when I stumbled across them I knew I had found the perfect solution. I put their daily supplements here with some coconut milk. They close very tightly because once it's all in here I'm going to shake them VERY vigorously to mix everything together. They also keep well in the freezer. I cook a week at a time, so I keep two in the fridge and freeze the rest. I've been doing this for several months now and I haven't had a single tear yet. Of course, don't fill it to the brim, you'll have to leave some space and you won't have a problem if you want to freeze them. Now she just needs to take a quick sip and be done with all her supplements and doesn't feel the burden of drinking 16 ounces of anything. I'll probably buy another pack so I can get more done before she returns the empty bottles to me. I see them as excellent for so many things, but that's what I use them for.
