When I put the helmet on MIPS, the inner liner catches on the foam and velcro and pulls the helmet sideways. The only way to pull it off is to take your helmet off and remove the balaclava from whatever it's stuck to. The only way to avoid this is to very gently lower the helmet directly onto your head, and even then, a slight nudge or nudge can snap it back into its stuck position. This is bad for several reasons: 1. Poor airflow as the liner is now blocking some of the air2. Forces the helmet to tilt sideways, negating the benefits of MIPS3. Sticks into the helmet's foam/velcro, eventually wearing down the foam or tearing the velcro. My helmet shows clear signs of wear after only 2 weeks. Intrusion can be reduced by removing sharp mold/burr lines from the MIPS liner so it is less likely to catch on the foam. was developed without considering the MIPS system. I assume that at this price point this is not a problem.
