The speed at which we were able reach out customers with new services, as well as keeping in touch internally was amazing! Would like more training opportunities available but this is not something I can fault them over so no complaints here - just fantastic service overall from start through delivery right until support after that too!! Miners are now aware their machines have been repaired/repaired by us & our fleet maintenance team has increased visibility into machine health via web portal etc., allowing proactive prevention rather than reactive response when problems occur (e.g reduced downtime). The UI is very intuitive, easy to use and has good functionality. I have not seen any issues with this product so far. It's a great product that can be used in almost every sector. We are solving problems related to process control and data collection in the mining industry. This is helping us to improve our quality and reduce costs.
