This little device does exactly what I want it to do. You can see the input voltage and by pressing the button you can see the output voltage. You can precisely adjust the output voltage to the desired voltage you choose. For example I use it to take a supply voltage of 27 VDC and step it down to an output supply voltage of 18 VDC. This device allows you to tune the output signal to within a tenth of a volt depending on the load it sees. Now you understand that this doesn't show the voltage of the charged item, but by adding a mini voltage bar you can also see the voltage of the load. This combination offers a very precise adjustment to your calculated load requirements. It would be nice if another version of this panel included this third voltage function built in as a unit.
