This pillow is great. I needed a pillow with no holes to collect dust. I don't use grinding wheels with holes to collect dust. This disc is also excellent when using Abralon discs (soft, shock-absorbing abrasives) for wet sanding with an electric orbital sander. I don't want water running through my electric random orbital sander for obvious reasons. There is a review here where a guy says his discs fly off his grinder. Either it has too much dust on the cushion or its hooks/loops are worn out. Replace seal, problem solved.
