When I ordered a replacement part for this magic ball I expected it to be exactly the same as the original part I've been using for years before it Eventually broke, but the disc The underside of the replacement blade is made of soft rubber, not hard plastic. So when I pressed the start button, the rubber was soft and pliable, not a hard plastic that broke instantly. I couldn't believe it. The blade itself was in my smooth, and the disc came loose, and then I realized it was soft, pliable rubber. No wonder it became a part. I sent the parts back the same day. Then they proudly say it was made in the USA, I wouldn't admit it if I were you because it just goes to show that things made in the USA don't last. Very disappointed. I had no intention of replacing it again, they had already shown their poor quality so I ended up buying a brand new mixer.
