Review on Panasonic Eneloop Pre Charged Rechargeable Batteries by Abunsefer Chongbang

Eneloop Pro is without a doubt the best and most reliable option for AAA and AA batteries. I'm not a heavy AAA user so the two pack option was fine. I mainly use them in my Fenix headlamp, so performance and reliability are a must for emergency lighting. This increases run time, but the trade-off is around 500 charges compared to over 2000 with regular white Eneloops. After all, even if you charge them once a week, they last more than 9 years. However, the Pro version has a higher self-discharge rate, so they do not save energy like normal batteries. Definitely a good choice for high performance devices when you want the absolute maximum performance from an AAA element. Overall durability is not that good, but their capacity is about 20% higher than regular Eneloop AAA batteries.
