Review on πŸ”³ 3M 99436 Drywall Sanding 220-Grit Abrasive by Randy Albright

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good sieves for easy knocking off of smooth/new .

Very good stencils for easy finishing of smoother/new drywall or plaster or sanding patches. The screens allow the grout dust to fall out instead of piling up like sandpaper. However, I would use a coarser grit for anything but new finishes. I'm working on an old house with decent plaster walls that were poorly painted (some rooms over wallpaper!). I currently use 60 grit to remove drip marks and other larger burrs and things they sanded off with a standard 9 inch drywall sander. It works well and doesn't scratch the wall or anything like people think.
