I used this to repair the backs of 3 bath rugs that are crumbling started. When I googled how to fix a bathmat instead of throwing it away, I found several posts that suggested using this product or a similar product. So easy and quick to use. Simply apply to the back of the carpet with a small brush. It is best to use a face mask. But it doesn't take long to apply. I let it dry for a few days before putting it back in the bathrooms. Works perfectly. I purchased and used this in December 2015, sorry for taking so long to write a review. But I'm happy to report that all 3 mats feel great, once applied they remain a strong rubber base.
