The tool helps us gather information on multiple points such as accidents, insurance claims etc which are useful for future analysis/planning purposes with clear documentation attached in most cases making things easier when reviewing them later - for example you can see what kind of accident happened to whom how old they were at certain incidents! There really isn't any downside apart perhaps that maybe this may come across more like an online CRM rather than something used exclusively by staff? It will help get info about risks our caravans have faced over last couple years or months easily gathered into one place allowing better assessment / decision-making if anything should occur again going forward I love the fact that I can do online risk assessments for the fleet. It's very easy to use and very informative. I don't like that it's not as thorough as a paper risk assessment. I wish that I could have a more in depth risk assessment done.
