The ease of use for both clients as well as employees. There are many different modules that can be used. This makes it easy for our company to train new staff members without having to have an expert come out and teach them at length. I would like to see more upgrades available from within the system. For example, we could assign tasks to specific drivers or even passengers with certain skillsets (ie, CNA). We also could set up reminders for our dispatchers so they know when we are going into transports. It is helpful because all aspects of the business are now being tracked easily through one platform.
