Excellent Service, Reliable Product and Great Customer Support

I like that it's easy for my clients because they don't have much experience with EMS or anything related so this makes their life easier! It also helps them feel more comfortable knowing we are always there when needed which has helped me out as well since i've been using angeltrack too long now haha! There isn;t really any dislike at all but maybe some minor things suchas having an app would be nice instead if you can just use computer though thats okay tho :) Overall great product overall…

  • Good customer support/serviceI enjoy being ableto connect easily from anywhere in order toupgrade our software, get help etc.
  • Very good features (i think)for people who want something new without getting into deep water yet not lose money either
  • nothing majorly wrong here.

  • Not enough apps available
  • No free version

Our staff loves this system. It is very user friendly and extremely helpful for our company

The ease of use for both clients as well as employees. There are many different modules that can be used. This makes it easy for our company to train new staff members without having to have an expert come out and teach them at length. I would like to see more upgrades available from within the system. For example, we could assign tasks to specific drivers or even passengers with certain skillsets (ie, CNA). We also could set up reminders for our dispatchers so they know when we are going into

Best management software in EMS today!

They have all the options one could want and more I don't think they can do. Easy to use and great customer service. I have no con's or anything to mention. I am happy with this ambulance. I have no problem with them. I would highly recommend. I have been with AngelTrack now for almost 5 years. They have given me great customer service and I have never had a problem with them and I know that they are always monitoring things to make sure you are happy with them. I love this company.
