Update: As I said, the customer service was very good. Janice worked with me and helped me find the area I liked the most. She is a pleasure to work with and I wish more support staff were like her._____I was attracted to the phone's Barlow lens, steel tripod, upright position and suction cup. All good features, but they don't really matter unless you can figure out how to use them. This requires a clear instruction manual and what I received was full of broken English and even red lines through some sentences. The scope cover and cover were off and the instructions didn't say it would be packaged that way or how. to attach it. There is also no indication in the Revain description or manual that the Red Dot Spotter requires a battery. It also doesn't show how to get the plastic between the battery and bracket. There were other issues too numerous to mention. These things can be expected by a more experienced user, but I don't recommend this for a beginner. I will say that the customer support team has been very responsive; I just didn't feel that their answers were very helpful. Every time I got a response, it ended with them telling me I could return the product, which I did after the third time.
