I don't know why I thought it was a good idea to sell cheap on the secondary market. This guy caused more problems than the money I saved. The block leaks and with large gaskets it can't fit unless I put a snap ring on it. Gathered everything together and turned on the water. On the first day everything worked perfectly. After day one, I spent weeks trying to figure out why my pipes gurgled when I turned on any faucet in the house. I ended up hiring a plumber to replace the water pressure regulator because I figured he was constantly failing to hold the pressure. It costs $500 and the problem hasn't been fixed. He even cut holes in my drywall to see if hardware was lost - which isn't the case. This created a HUGE mess that I ended up cleaning up and fixing myself. I was fed up and decided to go to the local hardware store and buy the original. It took 5 minutes to install a new one that fits perfectly and has no leaks. After all, it was this guy who caused all this gurgling and water banging. I was just lucky that my tubes didn't burst.
