This is much more comfortable to use than the cheaper bar block. The lockout design is incredibly useful when re-attracting goalies. I had to flatten the angled fork, as others have said, nothing is difficult with a vise. Another mod I made, I replaced the 3/8, 7/16 bolt hinge closure with a quick release snap button. A 1/4" diameter to a 1" pin only shortens it, but I went with 1.5" for safety reasons. This allows the shaft to rotate quickly and really helps with the valves near the firewall. Proform should do this out of the box.
