Review on Fiskars 28 Inch Bypass Lopper, Model 391461-1003 by Enrique Espinoza

Well, this is my first time using them and my first impression is that they are very sharp and I didn't have much trouble cutting the tuft of brows. However, after about 45 minutes of heavy use, I noticed that they didn't cut either. I took one look at the blade and there are already well sized serrations on it and I can feel the blade curling outward. I took some pictures but they don't convey what you can feel with your hand on the edge of the blade. The ergonomics are just as pleasing as the build quality of the rest of the product. What I really like are the notches on the opposite side of the blade. Makes pruning a lot easier as you don't have to worry about branches slipping off when you cut two or three in one cut. Overall it's a decent product for light use and feels like a quality tool apart from the quality of the blade.
