Bought them at Macy's. The heel pad only lasted a few months and is now 1/2" thick, while the arch and toe pad are over 1" thick. Although I really liked her for the first few months, it was like walking on clouds. They need to incorporate higher density foam in the heels for people like me who put a lot of weight on their heels.
