Can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees but instructions say to use on low to medium heat only. Well that sucks. I guess that means I can't bring something to a boil over high heat? I'm so disappointed, I really wanted a good medium sized general purpose pot with a lid. I'm not sending it back because it's just a hassle and I tore up the whole package when I opened it. Why isn't this listed in the description?
