Nothing annoys me more than when I buy a product with a pump and the pump doesn't work. The shampoo and conditioner are very thick and difficult to distribute in the hair. The smell is pleasant, but the scent doesn't last very long. Even after washing, the hair was very dry and damaged. I've only been using it for a little over a week. I probably just use that thing to shave my legs or something. I definitely DO NOT recommend this product. Not worth the money.
