Review on πŸ”§ Triton SuperJaws SJA100E: The Ultimate Portable Clamping System by Steven Asthana

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simple mechanism, strong clamping force, heavy enough to be stable, light enough to move

Simple mechanism, strong clamping force, heavy enough to be stable, light enough to move; Plus, it folds up easily enough to get out of the way when you don't use it often. Was highly recommended by a well known carpenter on YouTube and I agree with the previous assessment. The only things I don't like are 1) it's not vertically adjustable so you'll have to find another way for large items where you need to work on something from above, and 2) the lock/unlock button is not present. Not easy to read (lock logos and release latches are orange plastic so it's hard to tell which is which), but painting the lock with permanent marker will fix that. Aside from those things, I love it. Still gets 5 stars in my book.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Vulgarity
