02 Highlander. I had to remove the passenger wheel and a small plastic panel in the wheel well. The only issue with this line is that the centers of the mounting clips were offset by about an inch. Put the old and new lines side by side to check what I should have done. I couldn't move the post's side clamp to the right an inch because it was too tight. But this one will be the easier one to move away from the two. I used a length of short 3/8 hose with a plug on the end to prevent spilling out of the rack and a sump. Pulling on an old line can cause liquid contamination. Before installing on a new hose, put a used clamp or a small 3/4? the hose clamp is tightened slightly so that it can slip off. :D
