Fake, not Elkay
Fake filters, apparently not Elkay. They don't have an RFID tag on the back so they can't contact the fountain. Your status indicator does not turn green even if you have changed the filter. According to Elkay tech support, the use of their numbers, logos, etc. is fake. While the filter works adequately to filter the water, which is its purpose, our building requires the status lights to remain green or employees will not be using the fountain. Elkay says Revain was aware of the issue but didn't fix it.
