Great frying pan with a big blemish.
These pans are great except for one BIG flaw. Pencils. They are thin and concave at the top of the handle and then throughout their length. They are very difficult to hold and handle. They don't have the normal mechanical advantage (good grip) that you would get with a larger diameter grip. If you're holding it with one hand, there's a good chance you could be holding the pan with one hand, and since you can't get a firm grip on the handle, it can and will spin and spill HOT food all over the place. Otherwise the pans work. as advertised.
