If like me you are sensitive to chemicals these packets can be very harmful to you. They are by no means "odourless". They have a very strong scent that I react to. I left them on the porch and may have to keep them in the shed hoping they give off some gas. Of course they shouldn't be in the house. I wore several medium-sized sachets for a few minutes and the smell of perfume rose to my hands. He lingered for several hours but eventually got away. I left 2 bags unfolded on the porch in the sun and wind for almost 2 days. They still have the same strong odor as before. I needed bags for the house but it would be impossible to use them. It was false advertising. These bags are not durable. With my fingers I make several holes in it, with a moderate weight in sacks. You must handle them carefully. I used another recycled brand that costs more per bag but doesn't really smell. They were also a little brittle, but I'll get to that next time. They're terrible for chemically sensitive people.
