Review on microSHIFT 3X7 Speed Black Twist Grip Shift Gear Shifters - Shimano Bicycle Compatible by Jeremy Gaines

I asked a professional bike mechanic to install this. The left side where you have high low gears 1, 2 and 3 does not shift. On the other side on the right, gears 1-7 shift easily. He could get my bike to work by holding the left downshift on 2, he could barely get it to turn around to shift. (That was after fiddling with it for over an hour to get everything working) I told him it was good enough as long as the other side worked and it was a gear I could handle but I didn't know how to return it and didn't want to photograph the working side and return it, wait for a new product and pay the guy to come back a second time. So I'm doing it even though I'm limited in my equipment right now. TO UPDATE. BOTH SIDES ARE BROKEN NOW, CAN'T MOVE, CAN'T EVEN ROTATE IT. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
