After our first RV ride on the beach in Northern California in December, I can say that these solar panels have been a huge hit. We bought a new caravan and I wasn't sure how long two 6 volt batteries would last in the winter with the heater on, lights on at night etc. third dead. and these solar panels complemented them perfectly. One day it was very cloudy and there was little sunshine, so of course there wasn't much charge. But even on a short winter's day, these panels fully charged the batteries despite the limited amount of sunshine. Thus, an 80W system is sufficient to charge two six-volt batteries. I also like the build quality and the handy carrying case. The charge controller is a bonus too as it has useful gauges to keep you informed and you can also charge anything using the USB port on the charge controller. While some of my camping friends burned fuel with their noisy generators that stink and also need maintenance, I enjoyed my free solar power thanks to these silent solar panels.
