The best thing about this tool is that it provides all of your marketing data in one place, so you don't have to search through different tools for each type of information (e-mails sent/opened, website visits etc.). It also has some great integrations with other platforms like Zapier which makes things even easier as well! I wish there were more options when adding new leads into my CRM because sometimes they get lost or forgotten along time later - but maybe thats just me? We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud together with our eCommerce platform where we send out emails directly from within SFMC via Mail Chimp & Marketo AWeber campaigns are set up using their API integration wich works really nicely too.
