I bought it for the size

I am a big hot tea drinker and I usually use the insulated mugs. I wanted to try this because I do occasionally use loose tea, and thought what a great idea, and it is. However, when you drink from this mug that has brewing your tea, the mug gets too hot for the lips to drink. I like my tea very hot, but not the mug on the outside. I'll be looking for an insert for my insulted mugs which are too wide to fit this infuser.

Cons

The infuser basket may not have a fine enough mesh, allowing particles or debris to pass through
