This is a nice large mug; 20 ounces is my favorite mug size, so a hit there. It’s also attractive, has a non-sealing lid, and a really nice tea infuser/strainer/filter. This worked very well to make a berry tea and kept it warm a decent amount of time, although not significantly longer than any other glass or ceramic mug, imo. This mug is large and heavy, but I really like it. It holds up to about 2.5 cups. The stainless steel fine mesh infuser reaches deep into the cup, so you don't have to fill the cup completely to use the infuser. You can heat the water in the mug in a microwave (or pour hot water into the mug), infuse your loose leaf tea directly in the mug with the lid on to keep the tea warm longer, and then flip the lid to have a lipped rest to put the infuser on to. Good design!

Love this mug for tea. Infuser is great, leaves no residue, has plenty of room for my loose tea, and is easy to clean. Once I remove the infuser it leaves a good amount of room for my sugar and milk. Handle is roomy and comfortable. The lid keeps the tea hot while it steeps. It is now my Go To mug for my hot tea. Arrived well packaged to prevent damage. Very Happy with my purchase and recommend it to others.

Mug is large, which is nice, has good color, which is nice, and has great handle, which is nice. "Lid" is extremely loose, which is not nice. Might as well balance a coaster on top and call it a lid.

What’s good about this mug: (1) makes a big cup of tea!, (2) beautiful color and glaze, (3) wider bottom with a smaller opening keeps mug very stable.What’s bad: (1) metal infuser is not fine enough to filter out tea dust. I absolutely love this. So much so that I sent one to a friend and she loves hers too. It's perfect for brewing lose leaf tea, but it also makes a big mug of coffee or hot cocoa. Highly recommend!

I really love my mug. It stays hot for a long time. It can make 3 tea bags at once. I bought some gymnema tea, to lower my blood sugar, and use this mug to steep a big cup. Since the gymnema teabags are poorly sealed, I just open them into the diffuser, and steep it as loose tea. The lid however could be designed better.

I love this mug! it brews a good size cup of tea and keeps it hot long enough to enjoy. Handle is easy to grip and the matching ceramic lid is great for brewing. I love a BIG cup of tea so this mug is perfect. Plus, it's a bit wider on the bottom so it isn't as easy to accidentally knock over.

I searched and searched for a Made in USA mug. I read the comments that said it was definitely made in the USA. Wrong. It clearly states on the box I received Made in CHINA. Also, I wanted a ceramic mug, there are contradictions in the description, but the comments clarified, so I thought. The box I received also clearly states porcelain. On top of that, the mug is too heavy for the handle it has. Very uncomfortable to hold. I will be returning this product.

Heavy duty without being cumbersome. It is nice to have a tea diffuser all your own without sharing. The filter is fine enough to keep loose leaf tea out of your drink. You can use it for coffee, tea, hot cocoa, etc. Very nice gift, giving your present a personal touch.

Finally, a mug that provides serious tea drinkers with a big cup of tea. Now I can adjust the strength of my tea instead of packing those little infusers. I waste less tea leaves now because I can get at least three cups of tea per serving. And the fact that this mug is 20oz means I am no longer running back to the hot water to refill my cup. I am a big hot tea drinker and I usually use the insulated mugs. I wanted to try this because I do occasionally use loose tea, and thought what a great idea, and it is. However, when you drink from this mug that has brewing your tea, the mug gets too hot for the lips to drink. I like my tea very hot, but not the mug on the outside. I'll be looking for an insert for my insulted mugs which are too wide to fit this infuser.

Love this mug. I appreciate the generous size, aesthetically pleasing design, the fact that you can use the lid to place the stainless steal brewer atop, then use it as a lid to keep your tea warm, and as a coaster! It can also be used to with tea bags!
