I'm used to regular Fluid trainers which are heavy and take up a lot of space, require wheel adjustments, etc. It installs and removes in under 2 minutes - great if you do a combination of indoor and outdoor rides. I run fairly high watts (275) for decent intervals - 6-15 minutes and works great. A little play (0.5 inch) from side to side in the back but the feel is nice, more natural on rollers than fixed rollers. This is the best option if you: don't want or need a Smart Coach; They sometimes take your coach seats (super light and has a tote bag!); live in an apartment and/or don't leave your pain hole open all the time; Racing and want something to warm up/cool down.
