Do not buy these cables. This is the second set I have had to buy in the last 6 months. I don't take it anywhere, in fact I bought it to just leave it plugged in and not have to move. The small grommets on the ends that cover the cable's connections to the real lightning and the USB connector come loose and the connection is instantly broken. I even tried supergluing it to keep it from falling apart, but it still didn't work. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and buy a better cable that will last. This saves you money because you don't have to constantly replace them.
