The best thing about this platform is the ability to get insight into call flows, customer behavior and how it impacts business outcomes. From there, you can take action to improve processes. It's also great for creating automated workflows/roles for internal users. We've been able to set up new workflows and roles without having to hire additional staff. I wish we had more flexibility with the data export options. There are some files that are too large to export using the built-in tools. Also, it would be helpful to have better reporting options for custom reports. We're solving operational problems by streamlining our phone system process.
