It was fantastic! suitable for cutting boards

I don't actually need a cutting board on the side, but this is a nice bonus. I thawed some salmon with it and it worked really well. It runs very fast initially, but slows down a bit as the disk cools down. The salmon was about an inch thick and took over half an hour to thaw. The instructions say there is a chart showing how long it takes to thaw everything, but I think someone copied/pasted someone else's instructions and forgot to put the chart there. I like it.

Pros

✔️Warm attachments - defrosting time depends on the thickness of the product and the contact surface between the plate and the meat, please put the meat flat on the plate for better defrosting
