Shipping took a while because the first one fell out of the packaging and I received an empty box. I wrote to the seller, who promptly sent another one which also fell out but someone from the USPS bagged it and taped it up.Because it's solid steel it wasn't damaged.This is perfect for my city and country who sit low. The regular hitch was a bit sluggish, especially on inclines so I had to find a cheap alternative.Some of the adjustable hitches are $80-$100 which I didn't want to spend to tow my small trailer.I was surprised at how heavy something was , it's easy to find so and for less than $30 the ball is solidly welded and isn't going anywhere so if you want to swap out the balls i If this is not for you. Curt is a well known brand and the weld looks deep and strong. I would like not to worry about the welding. bullet would. happy customer
