Actually wanted to please, but the magnets are actually too strong. I'm quite a strong person but using this is a real workout! I don't know the thickness of my glass but I have a 35 gallon tank so I'm pretty sure it's thicker than the 5, 10 or 20 gallon. It does its job, after all, but even with a razor head, you'll need to go over the area a few times and will probably want to take a break in between because it's so difficult to move and manoeuvre. be very careful Ordered this as it is 'non-refundable' although he doesn't say why. I tried to return it within 30 days and I got this message with no explanation.
