Okay, I don't usually write reviews, but I want potential buyers to know that this product actually works. Two things to note: 1) When you insert the battery into the device, you won't see the LED light up automatically like other products. It lights up when you set pairing mode by pressing and holding Reset for about 5 seconds. 2) For smartthings users you need to add a device handler so the hub can detect it as is. If you can overcome those two things, then you should be happy with that. I didn't understand that and thought my first product was defective. Once paired, the button works as expected, you can control up to 3 devices with one button depending on your configuration. I installed mine as a toggle switch for 3 sets of lights. Single click toggles 1 group of lights, double click toggles another group and long press toggles 3 sets. I also have a two button that controls two lamps in my bedroom. This way I don't have to use voice commands or disturb my wife when she's sleeping. The switch is also fairly responsive, with decent travel (nice and "clicky") when turned on. Overall, I'm glad I made the investment.
