Update 2: 3 more days later: I received the replacement camera very quickly with no question or apology from the manufacturer. They seem very willing to help in any way they can to make sure the customer is happy. I will be changing this product to 4 stars until I see how the replacement works. I will update again after a month of using the new camera. So far I'm happy with the camera and customer service and I hope the issue I had with the first unit was an accident. 1 after 3 days: I received a message from the manufacturer that they would send me a replacement. I will increase my rating once I get a replacement. I will also be updating a month later on how I will fit the replacement and again a few months later to see how it compares to that first unit -------------- ---- -- Original Review: This camera was great and easy to install. Image quality was pretty decent, but night vision wasn't the best. I have been generally satisfied with this purchase to date. I went to backup and noticed the camera was completely fogged up/fogged up. We had a decent amount of rain so I figured it was off lens. I went out and cleaned the lens but it's still exactly the same. The best part is that today is the 31st day of their 30 day guarantee and it looks like like I'm out of luck. I learned from this and will buy a reputable brand if they don't want to endorse their product. I don't need a camera
