My 99 year old mother's very expensive hearing aids were misplaced at her assisted living facility. She needed something because she is practically deaf. I ordered them and they came very quickly. They have a nice case, a charging cord with two heads so you can charge two at the same time, and easy to understand directions. The hearing aids work as long as someone puts them in and turns them on. They can be adjusted, which is great. The only thing I don't like is that they have to be turned on. Neither my mother nor the constantly changing nursing staff can remember to turn them on. I usually am the onl
