So I bought what was supposed to be a deburring tool direct from China on another platform, it arrived a month later and is nothing more than a paperweight. This one from Saker works. I've used it at work deburring several damaged studs on cars much faster than by hand and with a more even finish. The key is a drop of oil, low speed and high pressure. You can feel it biting down and starting to cut. After deburring the ends of the damaged studs, I was able to easily unscrew the nuts and finish my job.
