Excellent customer service
Connecting is very easy. If you have 12v and ground you need to connect a factory wire which is the horn relay wire. Very easy. My car needed an extra relay which I wasn't aware of because my horn is ground controlled. It's an easy deal to wire an extra relay, but it would be nice to know in advance as I now have to wait 2 days for the relay. Their customer service techline was very quick to let me know and point me to what I needed so no problem.
