Purchased and installed on F150 2013 5.0 and loved it. I have installed several other K&N kits on other vehicles in the past, same great quality and all included. A 1mpg gain over the stock setup with a slightly modified exhaust, you actually hear the intake breath better under hard acceleration. You don't need a choke. Body spacers (airraid etc.) do this only to add more room behind the throttle body, but once installed it negates any gain they made. Dyno's online videos prove it. Save money for them.
