I like that it is easy to use with multiple employees in one church! It's also helpful when you have many different departments within your organization (ecclesia/worship team / music ministry). The interface could be better organized. There are so many tabs across all of our churches/departments - sometimes there isn't an obvious way to find what we're looking for. Also, some of the fields don't seem as intuitive or user friendly as they should be. But these issues can easily be fixed by giving more time to training users how best to utilize this system.
