Blade is not sharp enough which causes damages to my cuttings

I was super excited about getting this cutter but was very disappointed after the first few uses. The blade was not sharp enough, so it didn't have a clean-cut and causes damages to my host cut. I tried to change the blade but was not able to twist out the screws, so I was not able to try other blades. The plastic handle feels flimsy and I was worried about pressing too hard and breaking the handle especially the blade did do clean cuts. I'm returning this item and will have to try something new.
