I couldn't find a tape measure in my house so I bought 6 of them and placed them in different places. Rib quality for home/casual use. For my purposes it was good value for money. I think a high-end professional tape measure has a treadmill that holds its shape better, but that's fine and on par with a mid-range, well-known brand tape measure that costs more.
