Review on Tamron SP 35mm F/1.8 Di VC USD Lens for Nikon (Model F012) by Amit Rajput ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

There are pros and cons, think before buying.

after an hour test, it was decided to return this lens back, because they buy such lenses to shoot at apertures of 1,8 . even the Nikon 50mm f / 1.8G AF-S Nikkor, the price of which is 12-14 tons of, does not have such XA as a tamron When shooting indoors with soft light from the ceiling, XA is not particularly striking, the problems begin with sunlight. The problem is expressed precisely in contrasting transitions. I will attach screenshots at F1.8 and 8.0 (taken at 18 pm . there is still little snow outside)

Pros
  • Controversial advantages against the background of shortcomings.
Cons
  • The first thing that caught my eye was tangible HA on open apertures from 1.8 to 2.8 Everyone writes smart autofocus, in my opinion it is not smart, so-so (sluggish), at the level of cheap Nikon lenses - Nikon 50mm f / 1.8G AF-S Nikkor
