Good mechanics on the microSD slot. This is a weak point for these modules, and Adafruit has done a good job of matching the components. It's a push-and-pull connector that works fine with a variety of cards (I've had cards that were removable from other adapters, but they worked fine after many insertion/removal cycles across multiple projects). Support for the Arduino library simplifies integration. The usual Adafruit documentation and examples are big pluses for this adapter, along with its solid construction. I took off a star because it wasn't offered with connectors - a trivial soldering job, but I prefer to be able to buy fully assembled and tested components knowing they will be used for prototyping a breadboard.
