I have been knitting for over 50 years and now only use Chiaogoo needles. I love her. All their varieties. I think I have 7 different sizes or designs now. Because when you knit, you need to use the best tool for the part of the knit you are doing. But enough about me. The real reason I use them is because I've heard about their amazing customer service over the years. I was able to experience that recently. I broke a very small replacement needle because I handled it too roughly. I contacted them through their website. A few days later I received a new replacement needle and cord in the mail. You can't do better!
