Works as expected for brackets

These low profile shelf brackets are made from beautiful thick metal with a matte black finish. They fit well for the area where I wanted to install the shelf. I didn't want to see braces but I needed something permanent and it works. I backed down about 3/16" deep and 1/2" from the bottom edges of the shelf where I needed the staples. Fits perfectly Or you can just flip and install them.
